Job Description

Private dental practice seeking a dental treatment coordinator to add to our energetic team in Scottsdale. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing and have a professional appearance.

-Must have at least 2 years of dental front office experience

-Dentrix a MUST

Duties include, but not limited to:

-Greet patients in a caring, professional and courteous manner

-Answer phones, check voicemail and emails throughout the day

-Schedule appointments and fill gaps in schedule as needed

-Verify insurance benefits

-Prepare treatment plans for patients and present treatment and financial arrangements

-Daily: collect/post payments and submit insurance claims
