We are looking for a part-time EDDA on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Duties:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Assist with medical coding and documentation using Epic software
- Provide support in CAD/CAM dentistry procedures
- Assist with patient assessment and triage, including taking vital signs

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using dental software for medical records management
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM dentistry technology
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients, especially in pediatrics

This position requires a Dental Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program. Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
