Our outstanding dental practice is seeking a Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We are a 1 dentist, 1 hgyienist, 1 chairside assistant office that is consistently busy. We pride ourselves in providing quality dental care and we have fun while doing it.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a self motivated person who wants to get to know our patients but can stay on task and get their work done, and done well. Our front office is an independent position. Dentrix knowlege is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and update patient information and do insurance verification.
• Collect patient payments
• Schedule patients
• Handle all patient and vendor communications
• Handle insurance submissions, insurance payments, and follow up on outstanding insurance.
• Help keep the schedule running smoothly
• Run day end reports
