Job Description

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Worker for 5 weeks to cover for an employee who is on maternity leave.  Start Date is April 29, 2024 - we need you right away!  And this may lead to a full time position if you are interested.

We are a small 4 operatory solo dental practice run by the owner dentist Dr Steve Callan.  We have a fantastic staff who are friendly and close like family.

We're looking for someone to take over primary responsibility for all front desk tasks and office work during this critical time period when our receptionist will be gone on maternity leave.

• Accounts and Billing
• Treatment Plan Presentation and EOBs
• Insurance Verifications and Submissions
• Accepting Payments
• Care Credit
