Job Description

We are a well established, single doctor/dentist owned practice located in Florence. We are looking for an additional front office/treatment coordinator to work alongside our current office manager. Hours are M-Th 8am-5pm and every other Friday 8am-5pm. Pay DOE. We provide paid time off, holiday pay, uniforms and dental care for you and your immediate family

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is patient, has good people/communication skills, is a team player, and loves working with patients to improve their oral health care.

Must know dental terminology/treatment and have experience working with Dentrix.

Office is an easy drive from Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Coolidge, San Tan Valley and Queen Creek.

Responsibilities

Duties include answering phones, responding to emails and voice messages, pulling/filing patient charts, confirming appointments, entering and presenting/explaining treatment plans, completing referrals to dental specialists, entering/taking patient payments, and other duties as assigned by the office manager.
