Who We're Looking For
This position requires great customer service skills in persona nd on the telephone, as well as a detai oriented approach to billing, insurance and patient records.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling patients.
- Checking out patients at the end of an appointment
- Create treatment Plans
- Present treatment plans and fees.
- Process dental Insurance.
- Explain insurance benefits to patients.
- Run mointhly AR reports and manage AR
