Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Great opportunity! Full or part-time front desk needed for a beautiful, friendly, state-of-the-art dental office located in Phoenix, AZ
Who We're Looking For
Position Summary: Functioned as support for the dental office at the front desk. This position is a combination of patient interaction and basic paperwork administration under the direction of the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service while interacting with patients both over the phone and in person.
- This can include checking in patients and completing patient registration under the direction of the Office Manager.
- Schedule patient appointments within operational standards.
- Confirm patient appointments two business days before the patient’s visits.
- Assist with the checkout process with each patient by reviewing charts to ensure that all information is written properly and procedures are documented.
- File patient charts daily.
- Keep the front desk area clean and neat.
- Calling insurance to verify patient is eligible. Must be called 2 days before the patient’s appointment.
- All other duties assigned.
