Job Description

Dental Insurance Coordinator 

We are looking for someone who is collaborative and friendly to become part of our dental family as our dental Insurance Coordinator.  As a part of our team, your primary role will be as an Insurance Coordinator, secondary role will aid in all aspects of the front office.  Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.  We are a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice.  If you are able to multi-task and enjoy making patients feel right at home, then this is the practice for you!   

Required Skills Must Include

• 3+ years of Dental Insurance PPO Claims/Billing and A/R

• Dentrix software knowledge

• Insurance verification processes

       •    Ortho Insurance/claims experience

       •    Reliable and Committed to excellence

Secondary Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and making them     comfortable

• Answering phones

• Checking patients in and out

• Scheduling appointments
