Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

A tranquil, spa-like, boutique private dental practice in North Scottsdale is looking to hire an experienced dental assitant to help us keep growing. As a leader in cutting edge dentistry, we believe in personalized, gentle, comprehensive dental care as our number one priority. We pride ourselves in doing things the right way! Who We're Looking For

As part of our team, and the "Dentist's Right Hand", you provide critical support to all clinical aspects of the business, helping us give the absolute best in quality care to each of our patients. We are focused on specialized intimate care and run only one doctor column. The ideal candidate should have several years of dental assisting experience in the dental field, as well as demonstrable organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills. Our office is fee-for-service only, which allows us to focus on creating the best patient experience possible. The office is generally open to patients four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

You will help manage all clinical and maintenance aspects of our small, boutique, spa-inspired private practice. As the dental assistant, you will have the oppurtunity to work with cutting-edge technology, while enjoying beautiful desert mountain views. You will be working closely with only dentist in the practice to faciliate the best patient care and create the best patient experience possible. Dental Assistant Duties and Responsiblities

• Received and greet patients to make them comfortable, preparing them for dental procedures, and ensuring all consent forms are signed
• Responsible for patient care and procedure preparations
• Help the practice manage and keep records up to date under the guidance of the doctor
• Provide pre and post operative instructions for patients
• Assist the doctor and hygienist during treatment/procedures, as needed
• Clean and sterilize the instruments, follow standard decontamination procedures
• Take and mount dental radiographs
• Maintain and re-stock dental supplies, as needed
• General communication with patients and suppliers
• Experience with Eaglesoft software, or similar is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Several years of dental assisting experience is preferred
• Manage lab cases and other vendor orders
• Maintaining, cleaning, and servicing dental equipment
• Participate in lunch and learns and any C.E. courses
