Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We are a dental practice that is committed to providing exceptional dental care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients can receive high-quality dental services.

We are open Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm. One Friday and one Saturday a month from 8am-12pm.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using dental software and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
• Verify insurance information and process patient payments
• Maintain organized patient records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
