Job Description

Rancho Cucamonga dental group seeking experienced, friendly and motivated treatment coordinator/receptionist for busy dental office. Must be goal oriented, have outgoing friendly personality, work well with others, be computer literate and have excellent customer service skills. Friendly staff and dentists. • Have one years of experience in treatment presentation in a dental practice.
• Have knowledge and understanding of all aspects of dentistry; restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.
• Be able to phase treatment plan following chief complaint and priorities.
• Have clear understanding of how to apply benefits for PPO, HMO and Denti-Cal Insurance.
• Must be experienced explaining and presenting optional upgrades and implant dentistry.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and dismissing patients

2. Answer phones

3. Schedule patient appointments

4. Treatment presentation

5. Follow up with patients

6. Book productive schedules

7. Work closely with office manager to meet daily/monthly revenue goals

8. Auditing of route slips to prepare for next day schedule
