Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to come and work with us full time with a schedule of Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The ideal candidate would hold all the licenses for a Registered Dental Assistant and would have three years of experience working in a fast pace practice.

The ideal candidate would hold all the licenses for a Registered Dental Assistant and would have three years of experience working in a fast pace practice.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments and ensuring necessary equipment is ready for dentists
- Assisting dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs
- Taking and processing X-rays of patients
- Processing lab work for the dentist
- Greeting patients as they arrive and scheduling appointments
- Taking billing and insurance details from patients
- Advising patients on recommended oral hygiene
- Updating and maintaining dental records
- Handling general administrative and other duties to maintain the dental clinic
- Must be comfortable with learning and using digital technologies including X Rays, oral scanning, CBCT and more.
Requirements:
- Two years of Dental Assistant experience
- Knowledge of dentistry, particularly dental procedures, instruments and hygiene
- Experience administering dental X-rays
- Technical skills and proficiency with dental, scheduling, office and other software
- Customer service and communication skills to ensure patients feel comfortable during appointments
- Organizational and multitasking skills, general office aptitude
- Must hold a valid license
- Dentrix experience
- Valid CPR, X-ray, and Coronal polish license
