Seeking a polished, punctual, reliabale dental receptionist to join our beautiful north scottsdale private practice. A minimum of 1 year dental experience in a dental front office is required. Hours for this position are Monday & Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and every other Friday 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proficiency with Dentrix software
- Scheduling
- Entering treatment plans
- Insurance verification
- Answering phones
- Confirming next day schedule
- Polished appearance
