We are looking for a Lead Chairside Dental Assistant that is highly skilled, very well organized, able to work on patients independently, personable with patients, and is a team player.

All in One Benso Family Dental is a high-end private (non-corporate) practice in North Phoenix.  We offer a full range of dental services that include General and Complex/Restorative Dentistry, Implants, All on X, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery.  If you are looking for a private practice opportunity with no corporate affiliation, then this is the place for you!

Our ideal candidate would have at least three years of dental assisting experience. This position will require professionalism, motivation, the ability to effectively multi-task, and have positive customer service skills.  We are looking for an energetic professional with an excellent chair-side manner, strong communication and organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. 

Dental Assistant Clinical Tasks
   •    Ability to work on your own clinically, as this is a very hands on position
   •    Preparing patients for procedures and surgeries, discussing consent/preop & postop instructions
   •    Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, root canals, making temporary crowns and working on ortho patients (braces and Invisalign)
   •    Experience with supply inventory and ordering
   •    Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
   •    Post-procedure clean-up
   •    Dental Assistant Administrative Tasks
   •    Updating and maintaining patient dental records

Qualifications
   •    3+yrs Prior DA experience
   •    Dentrix Experience
   •    Radiology certification
   •    Phlebotomy certification a plus
   •    Orthodontic experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

   •    Tuesday-Thursday (7am-5pm)
   •    Friday (7am-3pm)
