Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Allen E. Inouye DDS Practice Limited to Periodontics located in Santa Monica. We are in a 4 story medical building.
Who We're Looking For
Looking for a carient, outgoing, and energic dental receptionist willing to learn and work as a team.
Responsibilities
Training will be provided for all levels of experience. The position requires using the dental software to make patient appointments, input insurance information, print insurance form, take patient payments, take phone messages, input dental treatment, and look up patient's account. You will need to interact with patients and other dental offices. You will be educated on the procedures that are done in the periodontal office and how to educate the patient. Dr. Inouye teaches part time at the UCLA Dental School and that is why the office is closed on Tuesdays.
