Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Motivated, reliable, works well with others, easy going, DETAIL Oriented, self starter, good with time managemenet, organized and works well in busy enviorments. 

Responsibilities

This position is being created due to growth of our practice. This position would entail working with 3 amazing FO team members. 

The responsiblbities would include:

Checking in and greeting patients

Collections and posting paitent copays

Creating and updating patient account information

Obtaining signatures of tx plans and consent forms- Scanning into patient accounts

Confirmations for scheduling managers

Phones and scheduling 

Misc adminitrative duties

Dentrix Proficiency a must 

We are looking for someone FT Mon-Fri

Mon 7:45-4

Tues and Thurs 7-5

Wed 7-4

Fri- 7-4

Paid Holiays
