Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who can provide a range of preventive and hygiene services and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch oral health care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about dental health and enjoy educating patients on maintaining their oral hygiene and health.

We're looking for someone 5 days a week - Monday to Sunday are available. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and sealant application.
• Conduct oral health assessments, including oral cancer screenings and periodontal evaluations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, including tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with office policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current RDH license in CA with no history of discipline.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient education and relationship building.
• Commitment to adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and infection control.
