Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Self Motivated, attention to detail and reliable canidate that can efficently complete each task in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
  verify/double check packing, that every crown matches model and every model
  matches the correct pan/case, steam clean all models, etch emax
  Make sure cases that need to be sent out the following day are packed and ready
  to get picked up for Richard by EOD
  Unpack any supplies that come into lab and dispurse to correct person
  If someone is out, take over or help out as needed
  Follow up on all on hold cases
  Check in incoming cases and assign to approperate pan
  check due dates (call if more time is needed)
  Disinfect cases
  Label all contents of incoming cases
  check for shade/stump shade or type of metal, if not written then call for info
  End of month billing/statements
  check outgoing cases to make sure they are on time
  bill cases (with all notes for case)
  steam clean all models
  Print labels for out of town cases and schedule a pickup
  Write out a schedule for following days case deliveries with times if needed on bag
  Package and label returns for Argen/Amazon etc.
  schedule custom shades
  scan and digitally file scripts and invoices monthly
