Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Scheduling new patients and calling patients who are overdue for their treatment
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Deliver great customer service to patients in person and on the phone
Follow office administration procedures accurately and efficiently
Interact with and engage patients for reviews and referrals
Participate in building strategic partnerships with other local businesses
Participate in community events to showcase the dental office
Assist in treatment plan presentation and collections when/if needed
