Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job

Job Description

We are looking for FUN, Self-Motivated and EXPERIENCED Cross trained front desk who has true passion for dentistry. We are an outgoing and caring group that LOVE our patients!

Position is Mon.- Thurs. Mon. 9-5, Tues.- Thurs. 8-4

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years front desk and dental assisting
• AZ Radiograph Certified Preferred
• Dentrix Required

Qualities:

• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with patients and dental team
• Outgoing and positive individual 
• Detailed oriented
• Dependable team player
• Organized

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, insurance verifications, follow ups, patient scheduling and helping in back office when needed.
