Job Description:

Dental Wellness is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator with a strong focus on sales to join our team. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, this role will involve meeting practice and company goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. The successful candidate must be willing to work closely with administrators and practice owners to ensure goals are being met.

Responsibilities:

•Welcome and engage with patients to understand their dental needs and concerns

•Present treatment options in a clear and understandable manner, emphasizing the benefits and value to the patient

•Collaborate with dentists and specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient

•Proactively follow up with patients to ensure they understand their treatment plan and address any questions or concerns

•Drive sales by effectively communicating treatment recommendations and overcoming objections with empathy and professionalism

•Work closely with administrators and practice owners to set and achieve sales targets and practice goals

•Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding ethical standards and integrity

•Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims

Requirements:

•Previous sales experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred

•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite

•Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols

•Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to performance and integrity

•Willingness to collaborate closely with administrators and practice owners to ensure goals are being met
