Our multi specialty private practice  is seeking an exceptional insurance coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Reliable, independent, self starter, hard worker, flexible, focus on little details, works well with a large team, easy going  

Responsibilities

Verify eligibility and insurance for 4 providers (2 general dentists, endodontist and oral surgeon)

Update patient account information

Enter all plans into Dentrix insurance modules with detailed benefits for our specialty procedures

Update all benefits in system to be 100% accurate for our treatment coordinators

PPO and AHCCCS knowledge 

Insurance kknowledge  a must

Dentrix proficiency a must

Full time Mon-Friday

Mon 8-4

Tues-8-5

Wed- 8-4

Thurs 8-5

Fri 8-4

Sick, Vacation, Paid Holidays
