*$500 Sign on Bonus**

All in One Benso Family Dental is a fast growing, high-end private (non-corporate) practice in North Phoenix. We offer a full range of dental services that include general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and oral surgery. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Create a positive and individualized experience for each patient
Build rapport with patients to ensure a memorable smile
Provide superior chairside assistance to support hygienists during a variety of procedures
Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping
Prepare dental materials and equipment for the scheduled treatments
Maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment inventory, and other ancillary duties
Assist with patient management during dental procedures
Complete instrument cleaning & sterilization, post-op sanitization of treatment rooms
