Seeking an Associate Dentist as we expand

We love our team and are a patient centric office. We are looking for an associate to work their way into full time or as much as they are wanting to take on. We are 2 months away from opening a new state-of-the-art office to replace our current one of 32 years. State Street, near the Domenigoni Pkwy.  It is about 10 minutes from Winchester and 20 minutes from Menifee.  

We are seeking someone who is first and foremost a team player who will add synergistically to our efforts; one who is interested in longevity in employment. We have a generous incentive system, which supplements the base pay, which is commiserate with your experience and skills.

Our technology includes hard tissue lasers for fillings, CBCT, soft tissue diodes, same day Zirconia milled crowns, implants, scanners etc. We are prevention oriented, placing great efforts and faith in our hygiene team.

We live in a valley surrounded by mountains, 90 minutes from the beach, San Diego and Disneyland. It’s a small town atmosphere with the ability to know your mayor and school board members. With a rural feel, you could own horses or land. Our area boasts excellent mountain biking, an award winning charter school - Western Center Academy, Diamond Valley Lake 5 minutes from the office, Ramona Bowl outdoor amphitheater, Valley Wide Recreation and their many parks, and the opportunity to buy a home at a more affordable price.
