Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Suncoast Dental located in Goodyear, AZ.
Who We're Looking For
A candidate who has experience working in a busy General Dentistry office. Someone who is personable and works well with others. We are looking for someone that has a lot of knowledge dealing with insurance companies. The ideal candidate will excel at calling on insurance claims, getting breakdowns of insurance plans, and just an overall knowledge of how dental insurance works.
Responsibilities
- Calling on past due insurance claims
- Getting insurance benefits for patients and entering them into Dentrix
- Answering phones/scheduling appointments
- Going over treatment plans with patients
- Collecting payments
- Maintaining patient records/updating personal/health/insurance information
