We are seeking a FULL-TIME reliable & enthusiastic front office Professional. We’re a privately-owned & thriving dental practice in Sun City. We believe in rewarding all of our team members for the effort they put into caring for our patients & helping our business grow. We have fun and care for our patients like we do our own family.

• Full-Time, Mon-Thurs
• Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills, experience in treatment coordination, insurance benefits, scheduling,       charting, and billing. In addition, job responsibilities include the following:
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Dentrix experience
• Verify dental insurance and setting up coverage table.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining hygiene recare.
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
• Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries.
• Check and respond to calls, voicemails and emails left for the office
• Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.
