Job Description:

As a Pedodontist or General Dentist at Coolidge Family Dental, you'll play a vital role in shaping positive dental experiences for children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pediatric Expertise: Providing specialized care for children, including preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and patient education tailored to young patients and their families
• Compassionate Care: Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for children, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during dental visits
• Comprehensive Treatments: Offering a range of dental services for patients of all ages, from routine cleanings to advanced procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and building lasting relationships with families
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to coordinate patient care and promote a positive dental experience for every patient

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pediatric Focus: Experience or a strong interest in pediatric dentistry is essential, along with a passion for working with children
• Clinical Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with licensure to practice dentistry in the state, along with CPR certification
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner are essential for connecting with young patients and their families

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Annual earning potential of $180,000.00 - $250,000.00, including a guaranteed day rate and production-based incentives:
  • New Graduates: $650 - $750 day rate
  • Tenured: $800+ day rate (D.O.E.)
