Full Time (4 days /week) Front Office Scheduling Coordinator for Growing Boutique Dental Practice in Newport Coast:

Our team is looking for an experienced, professional, positive, proactive and motivated front office team member to complement our established team of 4. This team member will be teachable to our systemss and looking for a long-term commitment, open to expand their position in the future, be committed to customer service, excel in clear communication and present with the highest of professionalism. This would include a healthy professional appearance, a dynamic and engaging personality phone experience and come from a win/win mindset. Experience with New Guest Experience, schedule to goal methodology, presenting large treatment plans will definitely work in your favor.

Minimum of 2 years dental front office experience is a must.
