Who We're Looking For

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Dr.Mark Brisley a USC graduate, has been a fixture in the city of Laguna Beach since 1986. We are a solo dental practice that excel in all cosmetic and general dentistry. Along with a wonderful team who strive to make the dental experience a positive and, dare I say Fun.Our patients are very wonderful people we treat as family and friends. We work very hard to provide courteous services to all our patient needs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a very friendly,caring and detail oriented individual who can assist the manager in the front office. We are willing to train right person,we would like to have a candidate with some customer service experience.We are able to offer two days a week with the potential to expand to four. Salary will depend on experience. Loving to laugh and making the work space fun is always a plus. Responsibilities We use paper charts, so there an abundance of chart pulling and filing, answering the phones, scheduling, checking patients in and out, collections of co-pays, send recall cards out, fax and scan reports, help organize office area. Greet patients and get them comfortable before treatment .Answer any billing and insurance questions. Ordering inventory as needed, assisting the back office in anyway. Eagelsoft experience a plus.
