Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Treatment coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the dental industry, preferably in the front office role, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Scheduling new patients and calling patients who are overdue for their treatment
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Deliver great customer service to patients in person and on the phone
- Follow office administration procedures accurately and efficiently
- Interact with and engage patients for reviews and referrals
- Assist in treatment plan presentation and collections when/if needed
