Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Treatment coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the dental industry, preferably in the front office role, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Scheduling new patients and calling patients who are overdue for their treatment
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Deliver great customer service to patients in person and on the phone
• Follow office administration procedures accurately and efficiently
• Interact with and engage patients for reviews and referrals
• Assist in treatment plan presentation and collections when/if needed
