Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a front office administrator coordinator. You will work with our front office team to provide support and assistance with answering phones, greeting patients, manage patient/doctor scheduling and offer patient support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, be comfortable working in a changing environment and be able to cover in our other locations when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience working in the front office is a plus!!
