Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Looking for our next full time dental treatment coordinator!

We are a Family Owned Dental Practice in Chandler with 3 locations and Growing!!

Our offices work to consistently exceed our patient's expectations and serve our community. We are looking for an individual who values connecting with patients as well as our team and is naturally enthusiastic with a Great Attitude!

What we are looking for ….

Job Type: Full-time

Dental experience 5+ years

Insurance verification

Treatment planning

Dentrix knowledge a must

Bilingual preferred

Some of your daily responsibilities….

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage patient communication portals

Be knowledgeable of dental insurances and verification processes

Able to help patients understand their benefits/rules when it comes to treatment plans

Effectively communicate/offer financial arrangements with patients

Maintaining an active, full doctor schedule.
