Job Description

We are looking to expand our team by adding another position for a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist for our beautiful, busy, established, private Dental PPO Office in ClaremontCalifornia.

We are searching for someone who has high energy, has a positive attitude, is always smiling, has at least 4yrs' experience in the dental field, is able to multitask.

Preference given to someone who has experience in the following: - Previous experience working at the front desk or TC of a dental office is highly preferred.

• Must be comfortable presenting treatment plans to high profile patients. - Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus!
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Hourly Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Professional Attire required
