Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and checking patients in

Confirmation of patient referral source and documenting on Dentrix

Picking up and responding to voice, text and email messages

Helping patients complete paperwork and ensuring that it is transferred into Dentrix

Insurance verification and breakdown

Appointment confirmations and making sure schedule is productive

Making patient care calls and following up on referrals and medical clearances

Being responsible for waiting room and business suite cleanliness and organization

Making sure patients have their appointments on the way out 

Lab liason and coordination with patient appointments
