Job Description

We're looking for someone with 5+ years work experience handling responsibilities both in the front office and back office. Front office responsibilities include scheduling, billing patients / insurance, and completing various daily task relating to running the office. Back office responsibilities include seating the patient, preparing each operatory for the scheduled procedure(s) combined with cleaning / disinfecting the room(s) when the procedure is completed, basic sterilization of instruments, and maintaining the proper inventory of supplies needed for the procedures performed in the office, along with some minor lab work. Currently, back office assisting of the dentist during procedures is not needed, however basic skills such as taking X-rays, taking an impression, or handling any special needs of the the patient are daily requirements that our back office performs.

Currently, we are offering a work schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, with room to grow and a starting hourly pay of $30.00/hr. We offer medical, vision, and dental coverage along with a 401k opportunity, and provide complimentary parking for all employees.
