Commissioned based income - 40% production - allows for great earning potential. Must be comfortable with surgical extractions, and crown and bridge. Also working mainly with Medicaid patients.
Flexible schedule
Clinical autonomy - you are able to diagnose the treatment and control the dental care for the patient.
Ability to focus strictly on patient care - the business team takes care of all the operational aspects of the office.
