Front Desk position needed with Strong PPO Insurance Experience

Seeking an exceptional DENTAL administrator with strong insurance experience with PPOs for a private general dental practice location in zip code 85044, to manage the daily DENTAL administrative functions, business development initiatives and treatment coordination for a start-up high quality DENTAL PRACTICE with a focus on cosmetics, comprehensive dentistry and full mouth reconstruction.

This 4 day per week position for patient care, single
doctor private general practice located in the Ahwatukee/Phoenix area.

This position requires expert communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a general DENTAL office management and/or administration, expert understanding of DENTRIX 6.0 SOFTWARE and a proven track record of success.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Dental treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
- Dental Accounts Receivable Management
-Dental Insurance Claim Management
-Scheduling
-Recare Management for dental hygiene
-Stellar New Dental Patient Experience
-Marketing support for DENTAL practice

Vacation, Holiday and sick pay (waiting period applies)

Job Type: Full-time  Tuesday to Friday

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on performance and experience
