Our staff is growing, and we are looking to add a front office member. Members of our team have been with Dr. Brannon for over 28 years, and we are looking for someone seeking longevity and wants to learn and grow in their career.
Who We Are
We are a private dental practice providing general and advanced procedures. Dr. Mark Brannon has provided care for his patients and their families for over 40 years.
Who We're Looking For
Ideally, our new team member would have at least 6-months of experience with Dentrix, Reception, and Scheduling. We need someone with exceptional phone skills to assist the office manager and manage the schedule.
Responsibilities
- 6-months Dentrix/FO/Scheduling experience
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage Recall/Recare
- Check patients in/out
- Dynamic phone skills
- Proficient in communicating through email
- Verifying insurance
- Confirming appointments
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
- Friendly with Excellent Customer Service skills
- Back Office experience A+
- Salary DOE
- Benefits Negotiable
- M-Thr, Occasional Friday
