We are looking to hire an excellent, competent, and Experienced Lead Dental assistant.

Responsibilities

Reliable: Excellent attendance and punctuality, Well-organized are must.

Must work efficiently and comfortable with high volume patient times.

Open to a lot of learning, willing/eager to learn and grow

You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations

Overall excellent work ethic

Must take constructive criticism well

Must be comfortable assisting Oral Surgery, Restoratives, Endo, Perio/Implants

Be able to take Photos, Alginate Impressions, Pour Models, ZOOM Whitening, X-Ray and Coronal Polish.

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

Must be courteous to staff and patients with professional communications skill.

Understanding of health & safety regulations. OSHA

Well groomed, such as: Clean Scrubs, Neat face and hair, hygienic looking

Good computer skills
