Who We're Looking For
WE are seeking an experienced Front Office person who is dependable, focused and knowledgeable about dental insurance plans and billing. Being a Team Player is a must.

Responsibilities

Enter treatment plans and treatment presentation
Knowlede of dental procedures and ability to communicate proposed treatment to patients
Look up, verify and confirm insurance plans and coverage
Knowledge of computer software programs (Dentrix, Eagle Soft, etc)
Keeping appointment schedules full
Collecting co-payments
Welcome all patients to the dental practice and being sensitive to the patient's needs
Good phone personality
