Dana Point Dentistry might be the place for you! Dana Point Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDA) for a full-time position. The right candidate is one who works best in a busy, patient-focused environment. Our doctor values thoughtful teamwork, dependability, attention to detail and a person who is self motivated.
We actively build relationships with our patients and one another; truly demonstrating care and compassion for the whole patient experience. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic practice with awesome patients and colleagues who have years of experience.
Responsibilities
1. Works with patients to understand their needs. Creates relationships of trust/confidence in the practice.
2. Provides the patients with a great first experience and greets them as a friend for each appointment.
3. Brings strong organizational skills to tasks.
4. Delivers strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
6. Has a strong work ethic that supports others.
7. Is flexible with change & growth. Is willing to learn new skills.
8. Has the ability to work well with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
9. Brings solutions to problems and works effectively with others.
10. Will arrive on time and on a daily basis.
11. Sees the schedule with 2 lenses: business and patient care.
12. Maintains patient confidentiality and projects a professional business image.
13. Can learn fast and become comfortable with referral practices and workflows.
14. Maintains a positive attitude and challenges themself.
15. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle situations in a professional manor.
