We are seeking a front office/phone team member, with a strong understanding in dental implants, implant dentures, and hybrid dentures, for our teams in the east valley. Phone Specialist - Responsibilities: Taking & Scheduling all new patient phone calls. Correspondence with new patients before and after appointments. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off from the initial call to the first appointment Manage and follow up on potential new patient leads. Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals Other duties as assigned Phone Specialist - Qualifications: Strong communication and rapport building skills Self-motivation, drive and initiative An outgoing and confident approach Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
