Dental Hygienist needed in our dental office

Are you looking for a long-term career? Our office is looking for a exceptional Dental Hygienist to add to our team. An expert with Dentrix software, great customer service skills, and being able to co-diagnose with doctors is crucial for this position. Our current hygienist is moving to a different state with her husband (reason for position opening). High pace, high demand, and high expectations dental office. Cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus. Two locations: Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. We schedule one hour for recare appointments and 90 minutes for new patients. Highest quality of dental equipment provided: Cavitron, Nomad, etc.  Amazing staff and looking for another Team Player to add to our team.

Compensation Packet Includes:

Salary: Typically is based on experience and skill-set. $45-$50 would be a reasonable starting pay rate (negotiable).

Monthly Bonus: You will participate in our monthly bonus program, which awards you for helping the practice meet its performance goals.

Health Benefits: Insurance with affordable deductible options covers you, your spouse and your children. Eligible the first of the month following 90 days employment.

Dental Benefits: FREE preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for you, your spouse or domestic partner and your children, just pay lab fees. 20% off discount to your extended family. There may be additional fees for implants, implant supported prosthesis, orthodontics, dental sleep medicine -- please inquire.

Paid Time Off: 8 paid holidays per year. In addition, after 1 year of service, 1 week of PTO is available. After 2 years of service, 2 weeks of PTO is available. (Additional time off may be taken unpaid with supervisor’s approval.)
