This is a commission-based hygiene position with the opportunity for a successful candidate to earn far more than the average daily income for a hygienist. We are a private practice that is looking for a hygienist who can step up and lead a hygiene program. The right candidate must truly understand the business side of hygiene. Someone who is hungry, driven, competitive, and is not afraid to work on a production-based commission schedule. Prophy, scaling & root-planing, sealants, fluoride, xrays- you produce it, you earn the commission! To be clear, this opportunity is probably not a good fit for most hygienists and that’s ok.
