Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional  Registered Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (front desk/receptionist):
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Responsibilities (RDA):

  • Breaking down/ setting up dental chairs
  • Assist dentists during dental treatment
  • Clean dental instruments
  • Maintain dental equipment and instruments
  • Clean operatories and office when needed

Requirements:

  • Self manager; can complete tasks independently without constant supervision
  • Has integrity and good ethics. Employer must be able to trust team member
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminologies and procedures is a must have
  • Proficient in using Open Dental software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24 per hour

  • Morning shift
  • Rotating weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aubrey, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
