Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Insurance Coodinator / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

Our candidate should be very energetic, professional and customer-friendly. We are looking for a candidate that has a dental office background, knowledge on dental terminology and dental insurance. Candidate should be able to multi-task and be a good addition to our team. 

All front desk/insurance coordinators should create a warm and welcoming enviorment to all of our patients and help answer any questions. 

Responsibilities

• Welcome/Dismiss patients
• Collect co-payments/fee
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Create treatment plans
• Answer phone calls (Schedule patients)
• Maintain a full schedule for providers
• File charts

Schedule

Monday-Friday 

Mon-Thurs 8 a.m- 5 p.m.

Fridays 8 a.m- 1 p.m.

Compensation

$20-28.00 DOE
