Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator/Scheduler part-time Thursday and Friday for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is also a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and interested in taking on diverse responsibilities within a startup dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through the consultation and financial portion of their treatment journey, ensuring they have a clear understanding of recommended procedures, costs, and payment options.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans to optimize patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Perform back-office duties as needed, including chairside assisting, sterilization, equipment maintenance, and other tasks to support clinical operations.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and protocols to uphold the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance.
