Who We're Looking For

Full-time position

Front Desk, Patient-care Co-ordinator who can co-ordinate patient scheduling and appointment booking, offer treatment plans and follow-up with insurance and billing.

Experienced working with PPO, HMO and Medi-cal Dental preferred with knowledge of plans, upgrades and options

Good presentation skill and focus on patient experience

Should be a self-starter with high integrity.

Fluent in Spanish and English

Familiarity with Dentrix software

5+ years of experience 

Responsibilities

• Manage front-office patient scheduling, present treatment plans, insurance follow-up and handle billing and claims
• This is an approximately 40-hour position
