We are seeking a FULL-TIME reliable & enthusiastic front office Professional. We’re a privately-owned & thriving dental practice in Scottsdale. • Treatment Planning and Case Presentation
• Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills, experience in treatment coordination, insurance benefits, scheduling,           charting, and billing. In addition, job responsibilities include the following:
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly mannerTreatment Planning and Case Presentation
• Verify dental insurance and setting up coverage table.
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
• Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
• Full-Time, Mon-Thurs   Competitive Pay Mon 9-5 Tues, Wed 8-4 Thurs 9-5
• Check and respond to calls, voicemails and emails left for the office
• Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.
