Dental Treatment Care Coordinator needed in our dental office

Our office seeks a bright, motivated, and talented Dental treatment Care Coordinator. The Dental Treatment Care Coordinator is our office's primary point of contact and communication for patients. The Coordinator will greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and nurture the patient relationship. The Patient Care Coordinator must be a strong communicator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The objective is to make patients feel welcome and comfortable and to provide the Ultimate Patient Experience to every patient who visits our office. The primary purpose of the Treatment Coordinator position is to maximize the provider schedule, greet patients, and ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is present and up to date, allowing patients to have the best experience possible.

Must be comfortable with dentrix.
